01 · Agreement
Acceptance and professional eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CompTale, operated by Guangzhou Leyitui Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is offered for professional use by real estate professionals, brokerages, and teams. You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
02 · Service
CompTale listing-prep tools
CompTale helps users turn property details, agent-selected comparable sales, and listing strategy inputs into listing-story materials, including pricing strategies, CMA narratives, presentation outlines, marketing drafts, follow-up drafts, objection handling, and compliance-review feedback. CompTale is a communication and preparation tool; it does not provide MLS data, appraisals, legal advice, brokerage advice, or a customer relationship management service.
03 · AI review
AI-generated drafts require professional review
AI-generated output is a draft and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular property, market, client, or jurisdiction. You must independently review, verify, edit, and approve every output before sharing it with a client, publishing it, or submitting it to an MLS. CompTale's compliance-review features do not guarantee compliance with Fair Housing laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising rules, or any other legal or professional obligation.
04 · Your account and inputs
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit, and obtaining all permissions needed to provide property details, comparable-sales information, client information, and other inputs to the Service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use. You remain solely responsible for your pricing recommendations, client communications, listing materials, and professional decisions.
05 · Plans and payment
Subscriptions, payment, and refunds
CompTale may offer a free Starter plan and paid Pro subscriptions. Plan availability, module access, usage limits, and prices are presented at checkout or within the Service and may change as permitted by applicable law. Payments and subscription management are processed through Creem or another payment provider we designate. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
06 · Intellectual property
Your content and our platform
As between you and us, you retain rights in the inputs you provide. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use generated output for your lawful professional purposes. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and transmit your inputs and outputs to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We retain all rights in the CompTale platform, software, prompts, designs, trademarks, and underlying technology.
We do not use your inputs or generated outputs to train AI models.
07 · Acceptable use
Prohibited uses
- Use the Service in violation of law, regulation, MLS rules, brokerage policy, or third-party rights.
- Create or distribute discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unsupported property or pricing claims.
- Upload information without the required authority, consent, or license.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the Service, its security, plan limits, or access controls.

08 · Dependencies
Third-party services and availability
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, and AI providers. We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider changes, or product evolution. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location at every time.
09 · Warranty and liability
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, suitability, legality, commercial result, sale price, transaction outcome, or regulatory compliance of any output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service.
10 · Ending access
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, failed to pay applicable fees, or when required by law. Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and dispute provisions.
11 · Governing law
Law, venue, and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where the Company is domiciled. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right or protection available to you under applicable law.
12 · Changes and contact
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@comptale.com.
