03 · AI generation
AI processing
CompTale uses an OpenAI-compatible AI service to generate listing-story drafts from the inputs you provide.
Your submitted inputs and relevant context may be sent to our configured AI provider solely to generate requested outputs and operate the Service. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular property, market, client, or jurisdiction. You must independently review and approve all output before client delivery, publication, or MLS submission.
CompTale does not use AI output to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We do not use your submitted inputs or generated outputs to train AI models. Your inputs are sent to our configured AI provider only to generate the specific outputs you request.
04 · Sharing
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that process information on our behalf and under our instructions, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, storage, and realtime functionality;
- Vercel, for hosting and server-side application infrastructure;
- Our configured OpenAI-compatible AI provider, for requested AI generation;
- Creem, our Merchant of Record and payment provider, for subscriptions, payments, tax handling, refunds, and chargeback administration; and
- Professional advisors, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the Service.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
